No. Unlike other apartment complexes, we employ a per-bed leasing system instead of a per-unit system. This unique approach greatly reduces the hassle of lease signing, offering our residents a much simpler process.

Yes. We take the time to get to know our future residents and review their profiles. From there, we match them with roommates with similar interests, study habits, majors, etc.

Most applications are approved within 24-48 hours.

To guarantee a bed space, we will need a signed lease agreement. Leases are generated once your application is complete and the screening has been approved.
